for those giving oral presentations:
• Please plan to speak for ~15 minutes, allowing ~5 minutes for questions.
• Prepare slides in PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, or PDF.
• Bring a copy of your presentation on removable media (such as flash drive or CD) to load onto conference computers prior to your talk.
• More specific instructions for presenting your talk will follow soon.
• Please notify us at conference@cals.wisc.edu by October 1, 2008 if for any reason you need to withdraw your abstract. This will allow us to open additional conference seats for submitters of late breaker abstracts.

• Maximum poster dimensions are 4 feet by 4 feet (1.2 m x 1.2 m).
• Poster setup will occur 7:00 am – 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 10.
• Make note of your Presentation Number. This number will denote where you should set up your poster.
